Month: June 2003

Graduated. The ceromony rocked. The words spoken were very moving and it was amazing to see all my mates being slapped by a bunnet 😉

After that I feel that the work may finally have been rewarded.

Welcoming Feathers

It finally happened – the new server arrived.
Well, not so much arrived, but was constructed out of the ashes of my previous machines. This beast is now running gentoo and is ready to take on the world.

Apologies for any downtime that folk noticed over the last week!

2-1, not bad at all, in fact rather reasonable.
Pitty that my mark this year did not match the 70% last year!

Am I the only one, or does a small number seem like an anti-climax after 4 years work?

Website Skills

OK – so this site may not be the best in the world, and maybe the one I am working on at is nothing too fancy either. However behind the scenes lies the biggest and best online web site management software that a man has ever written in one night!!! Just hope the client can appreciate it – this always seems to be the major problem!

NYCoS Monies

Bah, as everything was going well I got the nice letter telling me that the course fees for NYCoS this year are now due! ah. On top of two cable bills and the TV licence it looks as though I may be putting off buying that kickass new machine for a while. 😦
